So here’s my progress so far from the beginning when I started in October. I followed a 3 month program until January, started eating healthier. Then I started the Livefit program sometime in January and finished phase 1 in early March. Of course a lot of events have happened as well so the time in between each phase is longer than usual. I just finished phase 2 today and I have been attending free circuit training workouts 2 times a week as well! I still have a some ways to go but its been a lifestyle change for me and I feel like its been totally worth it!
I also want to thank the fitblr community for always keep me motivating! Having this blog was such a great way to keep myself going even when there were days I just wanted to sit on my ass haha
